Sandra Creta, Esq.
Sandra is an Arizona native who was born and raised in Phoenix. She graduated from Trevor G. Browne High School before earning her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University and her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. After completing law school, Sandra returned home to Arizona in 1997 to begin her legal career surrounded by family, friends, and the community she has always called home.
Before founding Creta Law Firm, PLLC in 2009, Sandra practiced with nationally recognized law firms, representing businesses of all sizes in labor, employment, and complex litigation matters. Her experience working alongside some of the country's leading attorneys instilled the attention to detail, strong work ethic, and strategic approach she continues to bring to every client relationship today.
As her practice evolved, Sandra expanded her services to represent both employers and employees. This unique perspective allows her to understand disputes from all sides, helping clients proactively avoid legal issues and resolve conflicts efficiently when they arise. She is also an accomplished litigator with extensive experience handling employment law matters and a wide range of business disputes.
Sandra's roots in Arizona run deep. Raised in the Maryvale community and now living in the West Valley, she proudly serves clients throughout Arizona from her office in Avondale. She is actively involved in her community and is a passionate advocate for public education. As the daughter of two Arizona educators and the parent of two children in public schools, she understands firsthand the value of strong educational systems and community support.
When she is not practicing law, Sandra enjoys volunteering at local high school sporting events, spending time with family and friends, and keeping up with the busy schedules of her teenagers. She also enjoys time with her husband, animals, and the Arizona community she proudly serves.
Sandra is admitted to practice before the State of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
